Asadong Baboy Pork Chinese-Style

2 pounds pork loin

Marinade

1 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely minced
garlic

Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot. Cover the pot
and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about
30 minutes). Serve hot with the marinade.

Serves 6.
