Yolly's Free Recipes
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 2 1/2 pound chicken, cut into
serving pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup cubed red, ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped chicken
liver
2 teaspoons patis or salt
Mix vinegar, water, garlic, salt and pepper in a pot. Add chicken pieces, bring to a
boil and simmer until chicken is tender. Add onion and tomatoes. Add the
chicken liver. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with patis or salt before
serving. Serve hot.
