Yolly's Free Recipes
3 tablespoons vegetable or corn
oil
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup cubed red, ripe tomatoes
1 3 to 4 pound chicken, cut into
serving pieces
1 tablespoon peppercorns or
chili peppers
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground
pepper
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cup water
salt to taste
In a medium-size saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic until light brown; add onion
and wait until transparent before putting in tomatoes. When tomatoes turn soft,
add chicken, peppercorns or chili peppers, ground pepper, bay leaves, vinegar,
paprika, water and salt. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender.
Serves 6 - 8.
