Asadong Manok # I....Marinated Chicken Stew

1 2 -pound chicken, cut into serving pieces

Marinade

1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
dissolved in a little water

Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate the chicken in the mixture
for an hour in a large pot. Cover the pot and simmer gently for an hour until meat
is tender. Serve hot.

Serves 4.
