Yolly's Free Recipes
3 tablespoons finely minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons patis or l teaspoon salt
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 pound pork loin, cooked and cut into serving pieces
one 2-pound boned chicken breast, boiled and diced
1/2 cup celery cut into fine strips
1/2 cup sweet peas
1 pound sotanghon or bean thread noodles
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup scallions
salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add patis or salt, broth, mushrooms, pork, chicken
celery and peas and bring to a boil. Add sotanghon noodles and continue boiling
until noodles are transparent. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add
scallions just before serving.
Serves 3.
