Custard 12 egg yolks 2 13 ounce cans evaporated milk 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla In a large bowl, combine all custard ingredients. Stir lightly when mixing to prevent bubbles or foam from forming. train slowly while pouring into caramel-lined flan mold. Preheat oven to 325ø F. Cover mold with tin foil. Put mold in a bigger tray filled with water. Bake in oven for I hour or until mixture is firm. Cool before unmolding on a platter. Note: for Macapuno Flan, follow same procedure as Leche Flan. When serving, top with macapuno (coconut sold in the United States as preserves). Serves 10.
