Yolly's Free Recipes
1 pound liver (pork or beef)
1 pound pork loin, sliced thin in
1/2-inch squares
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup minced onion
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable or corn oil
pepper
patis or salt and freshly ground
2 cups cubed ripe tomatoes
Saute garlic and onion in hot oil till onion is transparent. Stir in tomatoes and cook
until soft. Add pork and liver and cook till tender. Stir in vinegar and sugar and
simmer over low heat. Season with patis or salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 6.
