Yolly's Free Recipes
1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable or corn 1 teaspoon salt
oil 1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 pound pork shank, cut into 1 bay leaf
2-inch cubes 1 heaping tablespoon salted
1 cup water black beans (sold in Oriental
2 tablespoons soy sauce food stores)
1/2 cup vinegar
In a medium pot, saute garlic in oil until brown. Add pork and cook until
brow. Combine water, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, oregano, bay leaf and
black beans and add to pork. Cook over low heat until pork is tender. Serve hot.
